Portrait of landscape and nature photographer Stuart Cox

Hi, I’m Stuart

Landscape and nature photographer

Caboolture, South East Queensland

Photography has been my passion since taking it up as a hobby in 2010.  Over the years I have made an income through portraiture, weddings, and commercial work.  Recently I have returned to the joy of landscapes, birds, and travel, which has reignited my passion for photography.

I am fortunate enough to travel around Australia for my day-job and will always take a camera to explore new surroundings.  I feel equally at home when visiting an oceanside town and coastal environments, or navigating our iconic cities with camera in hand.

You may have seen my imagery installed in MRI and CT rooms throughout Australia and New Zealand in the form of sky and foliage scenes illuminated on the ceilings above the patient table, or as panoramas stretching the entire room. I take pride in knowing that my photography is helping calm patients.
